Need Gift Card Ideas? Check out PerkStreet!

gift card ideas from perkstreetWe all know that getting gift cards feels good. That’s why PerkStreet rewards are great gift card ideas when you’re making your holiday shopping list.

This holiday season, gift cards are topping wish lists all over the country, but when you’re standing in front of one of those long racks gift cards, each displaying a different logo, it can be hard to decide which ones to grab.

New research released this week reveals the top 20 most wanted gift cards of the 2010 holiday season.

Oh, and did I mention that five of the most requested gift card types are available to PerkStreet customers looking to redeem their perks in time for the 2010 holidays?

This data about the most popular gift card types comes from Gift Card Rescue, a website that lets you cash in your gift cards for 90% of their remaining value. You can also purchase discounted gift cards from Gift Card Rescue, apparently, though PerkStreet has no affiliation with the company.

Popular Gift Card Ideas

Two of the top-five brands people want gift cards from this Christmas are ones we let you redeem with, including Target and Amazon.com — though Amazon.com redemptions are only available from PerkStreet as gift codes. This may be a great option if you’re a PerkStreet customer looking to send a last-minute holiday gift, however, since those can be sent and received online.

Also among the top ten most-requested gift cards are those from Starbucks and Best Buy, both of which are available for rewards redemption at PerkStreet.

Here’s the complete list for the holiday season, thanks to Gift Card Rescue:

Thanks to GIft Card Rescue for the list!

This data was compiled based on a survey of 6,000 Americans during the beginning of the winter of 2010.
